Cancellations

• Workshops / Sessions: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

• After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

• Duplicate Payment: Any accidental double charge will be refunded within 3 working days

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 working days.
